Stephy’s Fashion does not accept returns on any items once they have been purchased. All sales are final.
However, we do allow exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item if the item is returned in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will have a suitable replacement in stock. Please contact us at StephysFashion@outlook.com for exchange inquiries.
Important Note: Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not refund original shipping costs.
3. Chargebacks
By making a purchase on our Site, you agree that any attempt to initiate a chargeback on a completed transaction may be disputed and could result in further action if deemed fraudulent or unfounded.
